Home Boss offers a limited return and refund policy for eligible products. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding product returns and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You provide unboxing video proof and images clearly showing the issue.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Products customized or specially ordered for B2B clients
  • Products purchased on discount or clearance sale

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number, complaint details, and required photo/video evidence.
  3. Once your return request is approved, our team will coordinate pickup or guide you on further steps.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

  1. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s change of mind
  • Incorrect address or unavailability at time of delivery
  • Failure to report issues within 48 hours

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For bulk B2B orders, cancellations may not be permitted after invoice generation or order processing.
